Job Description:  This is an independent contract position to pencil, ink, color, letter, or combination, various Insomniax Comix comic book titles.  (known as "projects")  There will be minimal supervision, but guidelines will be provided.  Each contractee will be responsible for meeting any and all deadlines set by duly appointed Insomniax Comix staff.  (i.e. editors, project coordinators, etc...)  In addition, compensation for completed work will not be given if work is deemed unacceptable by duly appointed Insomniax Comix staff.        

Qualifications:  No experience is necessary.  However, a portfolio review and personal interview will be required.  All portfolios are to be submitted in strict accordance with Insomniax Comix Artist Submission Guidelines, or they will not be considered.

Salary:  This is an independent contract post ion and all compensation will be determined by bid.  All bids will be accepted, rejected, or negotiated by duly appointed Insomniax Comix staff.  Lower bids MAY be approved for provision of art supplies, such as pencils, paper, pens, etc., if they request it.  However, there is no guarantee of such compensation.
