THE ARC of EVIL forces are located all over the world in both small and large groups. The main headquarters is location in a very mountainous unnamed country at a secret location. This stronghold is the center of all the Arc of Evil activies. The armies are deployed from this region to all over the world and all terrorized actives are initiated at this location. There are some interfaces with nations that are part of the ARC of EVIL. It is not clear which nation or nations is/are in real control of the Arc of Evil.
The T.U.F.F.Y team is headquartered at Camp Louie, located at an unknown location in the free world. Camp Louie is the center of all the activies that are designed to counter each move of the Arc of Evil. The T.U.F.F.Y Team does maintain contact with all the forces of the free world.
