CAST OF CHARACTERS

Mr. Heroman, AKA, Fred Casper: A 55 plus age white man widower who made his fortune as a brilliant engineer. Background as a high school wrestling champion, U.S. Air Force enlisted, masters degree in electrical engineering. After turning his company over to his only son, Aaron, he decided to pursue his dream of hosting his own cartoon show for kids, calling himself the "Super Host." After realizing that kids today need a real hero, he decided to take to the streets as Mr. Heroman!

 

Paper Bag Boy, A.K.A. Douglas Williams: A stocky short 18 year old black teenager who had just graduated from high school. He was the assistant for Fred on his show. Douglas is a martial arts expert. He befriends Fred and becomes Fred's protector and sidekick. He derives his superhero name from an improvised costume that Mr. Heroman provided for him on their first job together.

Aaron Casper: Aaron is the brilliant "boy genius" son of Fred who has been President of the company his father founded, Casper Labs, since he was 12 years old. His is now 21 and has taken formal control of the company so his father can concentrate on creating new devices in his lab, and fulfill his life long dream of hosting his own kids show.

Mr. Black, A.K.A. Simon Black: Mr. Black is the owner of the media company that owns the television station Fred ends up going to for his show. His company is huge, and one of its divisions competes directly with Casper Labs, which he has been trying to buy out for years. (When Fred first founded the company, he asked Mr. Black to invest, but he refused.) He personally began overseeing Fred's show, in an attempt to win his favor. But his suggestions were horrible, and entirely aimed at exploiting the kids, so he could make money. Eventually, after Fred disappears, and becomes a real superhero, Mr. Black takes over his show, and makes the changes he's always wanted to make. He is involved with illegal activities all over the world, and becomes Mr. Heroman's arch enemy! (Ironically, Mr. Black does not realize that Fred, his rival in the legitimate business world, is also Mr. Heroman, the enemy of his criminal organization.)
